Roland Agansai from Kampung Bavang Jamal has recently attended the Community Organising Training (COT) organized by us in collaboration with WWF-Malaysia Sabah. Thank you @kudat_turtle_conservation (KTCS) for paying us a visit. We hope that the visit to our processing house and a look into our communities’ products gave your team a fruitful learning experience. Back in August until early September, we at PACOS Trust together with both communities from Kg. Kalampun, Keningau and Kg. Alutok, Tenom had the honour of hosting students from @operation_dagsvaerk (Denmark), Inter Mountain Peoples Education and Culture in Thailand Association (IMPECT), Kg. Malinsau, Ranau and some of our friends from International Work Group for Indigenous Affairs (@iwgia ) and Asia Indigenous Peoples Pact (@aippnet ) ✨Highlights from our Human Rights Day 2022 Treasure Hunt✨ 5 more days to go! Here’s the program for the upcoming Human Rights Day happening this Saturday. Human Rights Day 2022 is happening soon! Congratulations to Charlene Saini from UMS for completing your internship with us successfully! We are proud of you and we wish an even bigger achievement for you in the future. We hope the indigenous youths who have had the pleasure of knowing and working with you can draw inspiration from your dedication towards community work 💪🏻 Day 4 Highlights: Even though the lights went out halfway through our solidarity night celebration, our last day event still continued on successfully. Thank you to all participants, visitors and everyone who supported and made the National World Indigenous Peoples Day celebration a memorable one. See you all next year! Day 3 Highlights: Oral Arts Workshop by Kadazandusun Language Foundation (KLF)
